Go here, go there, do this and that . . . yeah? HOW? I've been ripped off at least 3 times in the last 4 years. Once 4 years ago and twice last year. All sellers are no longer eBay sellers.
I need step-by-step instructions and they don't provide it, which, obviously, makes it go unresolved. Is that why they make it so difficult to do anything about it?

I emailed the woman several times about my product and always answered that she is working on having it sent to me. Then she tells me "I'll have it ready to go out with tomorrow's mail." I continued to email her and so she (Joyce Bransetter) just stopped replying. I noticed, afterward, she is no longer a member of eBay. Gee, I wonder why!

Ebay sucks on this!
U get screwed! You would do well to contact live help.
Even then, no promises.
I would try to contact that person directly.
get a calling card and threaten them.
The girl that tried to rip me off, I called her on her job at work and talk to her supervisor.
My stuff arrived shortly after that.
Another lady didnt send my stuff ($14.00 so no big deal) so I called her husband (his name was on the outgoing message)
and told him of his wife's activities....
He was PISSED and sent me the check himself!
Was it illegal, yeah probably, but so what
if she would have done was she was supposed to do then none of it would have happened.
The first person paid me because she was embarrassed. Imagine how you would feel getting that conference with your boss about using the business phone number to conduct business.
Use the stuff you have to get satisfaction.
I would be glad to help you in that.

I feel for you. I have had the same problem. I gave them 45 days to resolve it and finally denied the charge on my cc.

Then I got a nasty email from ebay telling me they would cancel my account because I'm supposed to let them handle it.
