I'm looking for a home based business, preferably using my computer (since I'm a fast typing and have much knowledge with office computer software). I'm trying to stay away from "get rich" quick scams because I've had a couple of people I know try and failed. Something maybe data entry or something alike. Got any good leads? I would really appreciate a step in the right direction. Thanks for reading this far. Have a good one. :)

Tasks can often be repetitive and boring, causing you to loose concentration. When this happens mistakes can be easily made. How can you prevent this from happening?

I ask this due to the shortage of workers for resorts and landscapers. Work visas have been denied to many Mexicans and other immigrants that usually do these jobs. I think this would be a good job for teenagers. So would you?

my boss ( a man) commented on my nipples being visibly erect through my shirt.
Is this sexual harrasment?
I don't want to lose this job, I talked to other females who have to deal with him and they said he always makes comments like that and the last girl who reported him was fired.
Isn't this illegal?

Chapters so far include strategic thinking; creativity; and decision-making. Other topics or subtopics would be appreciated. This book would be oriented for the new businessman (0-18 months) of firms less than 25 people.

I am a kindergarten teacher and do not wish to tutor in the evenings. I need suggestions in order to make money on the side in the evenings, something with a low-cost start up fee that I can do as I please, perhaps at my home. Presently I conduct refinances but it has not been busy for me lately. I would appreciate any suggestions.

With small, family owned company for 5 years. My past raises have come as a surprise- just showed up in my paycheck. Except for one that was accompanied by my only review. They are saying I was overpaid over the last 17 months approx $1800.00 and want me to pay back $700.00. I had no reason to know it was a mistake and they did not catch it- or so they say. I cannot afford the pay decrease or paying back the money they say I owe. What do I do???? I am a salaried employee that also earns on-call pay at times and also bonuses given arbitrarily so my check fluctuates. It is my base pay they are reducing. And want to deduct 50.00 per check to repay the "mistake". I am not sure how they missed this.

I know i'm only fourteen but i already know that i want to open my own day care when i graduate from college. I love kids so much and i know that that's what i want to do.
question:
what are the guidelines or laws that you have to follow in order to have a day care center with little kids? I know that there are laws saying how much time you have to spend outside and what you can feed the kids but i really want to know what. I want to learn as much as i can now.
thanks!

I'm 50 years old, African-American, and overweight. I have an MA in English-Creative Writing (since 2003) and experience as a clerical/office worker in the publishing and music fields, and as a tutor/teacher (non-accredited) in higher education. I had bad experiences with employment agencies in my 20s in the 1970s when I had a BA (in journalism), and later I read about how racist they are. Have things changed? I need to make more money, but I'm gunshy about employment agencies.

I work with my neighbors at their family owned shop. I have been there for a year but for the past 6 months i have dreaded it because they are taking advantage of me. this job would look good on my resume so I want to give a two weeks notice. I've known these people since I was born, so I don't think a conventional letter would do it. Should I just talk to my boss, or just quit and tell him he doesn't deserve me?

If I go to a job interview, and after they call my references, they tell me to come to a orientation, does that mean I have the job?

I have been working for the same company for over 2 years. A few weeks ago they told me they hired someone to replace me during the day (9am-5pm) & they wanted me to work the NIGHT shift (11pm - 7am) which I can't do physically due to the stress it caused on my physical health the past (my Dr. can verify this). I applied for Unemployment & my employer called this week to tell me that I will NOT get unemployment because I refuse to accept the work I was offered. IS THAT TRUE?? Can they refuse me benefits because I wont take the job that I was NOT hired for in the first place AND because of the physical problems I will incur if I did??

ALSO...... is it true that my EMPLOYER would have to pay my full benefits of $405 each week (that is what the UE office told me i'd receive) My employer is stating that they will have to pay my benefits if I win the ruling and they are NOT happy about that. Just wondering if that is true.

Any information anyone can give me would be great!
