NO it's not! Teach your kids integrity and honesty, the other stuff they will learn on the street and from friends and playmates! "One hand washes the other" would be alright.

yes, but not to the detriment of others.
if your kid has a friend who's good at something it's ok to ask for their help. but you must return the favor.
you can take advantage of others but not if it hurts them.
