As long as you're 16, you can work at Old Navy. I'm almost 25 and I work there. We have a handful of high schoolers at my store. It's a great job and you will prob want to keep it throughout the school year b/c you will like the job that much and you'll make good friends with the rest of the employees. Go for it. Apply now before they fill all the open positions in the summer. There's usually some college kids that move home for the summer that want their job back. go to www.gapinc.com/storejobs to apply. Message me if you have any questions about the job/responsibility/what to expect if you're hired.

Hey there, I actually work for Gap brand, and I can tell you, as I've heard from Old Navy transfers, it depends on how much you like the brand. If you really like the clothes and wear them a lot, then yea its a great place to work, but if its not your style, you'll get sick of the customers really fast because Old Navy is a warehouse style store and gets crowded...A LOT! Most of the Old Navy stores I've been to are messy and crowded, which means you'll have lots of cleaning up to do. But like I said, if you like the clothes and like the type of customers who come in, it'll be fine. However, if you want something more chill go work for Banana Republic, or if you're 18, go work for Gap.

It would be very good. It would introduce you to a higher market in clothing. Ask your self for a second job, would you rather hire someone with experience from K-Mart, Wal-Mart, McDonalds, or Old Navy. I think you will agree that ON will give you a better background.

The kids I see at Old Navy are enthusiastic and seem engaged. This tells me that they're a good place to work. So, I say go for it!
