I am a kindergarten teacher and do not wish to tutor in the evenings. I need suggestions in order to make money on the side in the evenings, something with a low-cost start up fee that I can do as I please, perhaps at my home. Presently I conduct refinances but it has not been busy for me lately. I would appreciate any suggestions.

There are a lot of third party spots on the internet such as SMC (www.officialtvwebsite.com/smc/index). You can do this part time. There are a number of similar companies with the same type name, but not with the same reputation. Be sure to check with the better business buerau before signing with anyone.

Since you are a kindergarten teacher, I still think tutoring is good way for you to make extra money. If the reason you're averse to it is because of time issues, you can teach online instead. The hours are flexible and you can have worldwide market of students. Try sites like:

(3) ... and many other sites (use search engine!)
Think ouside the box and you'll have more options :)
