Who invented it?

And why?

I'd like to know this because I'm currently looking for work - and I'm sick and tired of filling in so many long, detailed and sometimes positively intrusive forms.

Is the only way for long term unemployed to get a living age job to use violence>?

Ie if people won't give you a job and one that pays more then sweety money.

Is the only way to get a gun or other and use threats?

say to their family...

Just so you can earn your money instead of taxpayers paying you scraps...

So you can get that much needed experience... no experience no job, no job no experience. Forcing that training on the job and making sure the company runs efficiently with no office politics.

They say its your responsibility you are unemployed so is that saying you are responsible as you did not use violence? or sex?

The owrld does not owe you a living...

So is that saying take one by any means necessary?

What else should you do?

A course... great false hope, out of pocket to lots on money and now in debt and baliffs ...

For what?

No experiece of less then a few yearsa the course was a waste.

Any job better then none?

Why do employers/interviewers kick people when down, treat them like nothing then complain about attiudes?

These people seem to think raped children should treat their abusers with respect or they have bad attitudes.

They seem to think ww2 jews who did not like nazis to have bad attiudes...

If someone has been unemployed for a while to find out they are going to be rejected simply as others did not give them a job... Why would you expect people to be all nice about it?

How would you like it?

How about someone who took poor paying jobs that did not use or develop skills and ability just to get off the dole and gt some cash.

Then imprisioned in that system where people think you are only as good as your last few jobs...

Do they think that the jobs you gofor are unlimited?

Maybe employers should be put on the other siade and see how they like it then maybe loose their negative attitude.

Not only do MNCs pay low wages to middle-management positions, but the annual growth rate in compensation is a measly 5%, whereas in large local corporations, you not only get high salaries & benefits, but you also get a minimum 10% annual increase. I guess training in an MNC would be ideal when one starts a career, but if you want the highest salaries, you should get a position in a large local company (LLC). Moreover, MNCs cap your salary within a very limiting range. I guess this is dictated by the corporate headquarters in the developed country (i.e., US, Europe).

By the way, I reside in South East Asia.
