I heard that a Loan Officer should become more friends with Realtors in order to produce more potential client loans. How should I approach and become friends with Realtors?

First of all have the heart! Go to the realtors offices and hand out your business cards! Go in the phonebook and look for all the realtors in your area! Also, set yourself apart from other loan officers! Try business lunches! And get return emails, business, and contact info! Good Luck!

Let me (a REALTOR) tell you exactly what to do!
We LOVE food. Send us donuts, mints, something to
put into our mouths. Most of us have Tuesday meetings
or tours so that is the best morning to drop off or visit.
Second, we want to know Loan Officers, too. Here's an
idea, get or make up postcards with your name and contact
information on one side. Use the clever little saying,"
stick with John Doe for all your mortgage and loan needs."
Buy some double stick tape and a box of chewing gum. Use
the tape to stick one piece of gum in the middle of the
post card. Drop these off at Real Estate offices around the
area.
Alright...I'll be lookin for my Spearmint and donuts!!
