I hope that you are not working too hard, friend. Don't feel intimidated by your colleagues if they have higher levels of education. A degree only means so much. It shows your level understanding in a certain field. In the working world, though, what matters is your contribution to the company and the results that you produce. Learn what your boss appreciates, and put in extra effort to display that to him.
Life can be tough, but you have to stay strong during the hard times. Don't lose focus because, as you said, your job is important to you and your family. Being more relaxed will help you to be more productive at work and be happier overall. Here are some things that you can do:
1. Set aside some time for yourself where you can indulge in whatever it is that you love, i.e. watching football, going to the beach, reading a book, or sleeping. Setting aside time for yourself is not only a good way to reduce stress, but it is necessary so that you don't feel like you are a working machine.
2. Set aside time to spend with your family. After all, they are the ones you are working to support, so you wouldn't want them to feel neglected. Spending time with your family will allow you to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
3. Meditate. Spend 10-15 minutes everyday in a quite room, sitting in a comfortable position and breathing calmly. This activity will reduce stress and put your body at ease, if you will. Try to keep a clear mind while doing this. Don't think about troubles at work or anything else (this is important).
I can also suggest engaging in activities that will improve your technical skills, like taking night classes or studying during your free time, so that you can perhaps qualify for advancement in your company or seek a better position at another company.
Also, if it is possible, try to reduce the hours that you work. Working too much oftentimes brings people to feel even greater stress, and that is not a good thing. It is important to seek a balance between the amount we work and the amount of leisure time we have.
Don't worry about losing your job. Always stay confident and do the best you can; this way, you'll never feel any guilt in the event of an unfavorable outcome. I hope that this has been of help to you. Good luck.

You have failed to view work as play, people who enjoys work have created in their mind that work is like a play. Reduce some of your worries at work, it will stress you out. Work is important, but health is more valuable than your work. Your destination is nowhere now because you focus on the wrong thing, you focus on your good evaluation of your boss. Focus on the results expected of you then just add some value to work not expected from you to get some rewards. View life with abundant opportunities to come, so that you are not tied to much on your present work. Just the learn the skills so that you can move farther when opportunities comes.
