If I'm not mistaken about 151/2 years old if you go through the high school job program. They give you a permit and are allowed to work a certain number of hours weekly.

i think you can get a permit @ 15 1/2 but other wise 16

Minimum age is 14, but if you are a paper boy/girl age does not matter.

i think it is 14... there is a 14 year old who works in the summer in my office doing filing, and i think it's all legal.
