What kind of jobs are included in this selection? Office workers? Or labours only?

Generally direct people (or directly employed) are labourers, and indirect staff are administration staff (office workers as you put it).

The word "direct" people would out me off, as it sounds like you have to be able to walk towards people and "grab" them verbally. Usually this would involve selling stuff noone wants,etc.

Ppl who are involved directly in the work... techies/laborers/drivers (or trainers if it is a training school) and not managers or admin staff

who directly employed by the company, indirect is from employment agency
