You had it or they had it?

If it was you and you really plan to work there, kiss butt if you get an interview.

If it was them that had it, call back and inquire again and see how it is, maybe they were just having a bad day. ..If they do have attitude again I guess it's up to you whether you still want to work there and put up with that attitude every day.

Call back and ask to speak to a supervisor or someone in management. Explain to them what happened and that you were interested in becoming a member of their team but are concerned for the treatment you received over the phone.

Depends. Unless you are going to be working for the person who is answering the phone, it's still worthwhile to check out other opportunities at the company.
