Why do employers/interviewers kick people when down, treat them like nothing then complain about attiudes?

These people seem to think raped children should treat their abusers with respect or they have bad attitudes.

They seem to think ww2 jews who did not like nazis to have bad attiudes...

If someone has been unemployed for a while to find out they are going to be rejected simply as others did not give them a job... Why would you expect people to be all nice about it?

How would you like it?

How about someone who took poor paying jobs that did not use or develop skills and ability just to get off the dole and gt some cash.


Then imprisioned in that system where people think you are only as good as your last few jobs...

Do they think that the jobs you gofor are unlimited?

Maybe employers should be put on the other siade and see how they like it then maybe loose their negative attitude.

Well if you are the first peroson who is nice not only does the bad attiude go but a good attiude is twice that of a regualr employer as you are seen as a hero, someone decent, and they will want to work harder for you in gratitude and think you are decent...

Also all that energy can be used against competitors.

If given a chance said people want to prove themselves...


So anyone with half a brain does that...


How do you think Sparticus, Hamas and hitler got so powerful...?


They took the disaffected, abused and hurt , helped them up, treated them right then they got very loyal followers.

The same can be done by the good...


Go get the street kids who have been abused... clean them up, get them off drugs, help them out, and you are their hero and god...

And you have far better a work force then anywhere else

Employers have to command respect and be able to reflect their judgement without opposition. Either you can comply or you don't fit within their framework. It is not by choice but a learned fact that kindness breeds contempt and then both inefficiency and neglect of duties assigned to workers. The less skilled the worker, the greater chance of abuse. You must see a workplace as only that, not as a family or a social gathering. Work ethics are lacking in many factories and productivity is decreasing because of a policy of promoting from within the company (which is good) but friendships remain and the inattention of supervisors may cost both you and perhaps them their jobs.

As someone who was long term unemployed and has recently acquired a job you have my sympathy. Unfortunately the world is full of idiots like that who perceive that they weild power and are probably less worthy to hold the job than you. If you ask me you had a lucky escape. Good luck with the job hunting and put the last one down to experience, employers aren't all like that!

As with all experiences in life, we must take from each experience all the positive things that we can obtain. Sometimes you do not get the job because you are too good.

Remember than an employer wants a servant, not a boss!

Why should anyone be responsible to put a smile on your face. It is much easier to employ someone who already have a smile.

There might be a VERY VERY good reason why you are angry, agressive or whatever; but IT;'s NOT YOUR PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYERS PROBLEM.

the component, sweetheart, is that it is going to no longer remember what you appear to be. all and sundry would desire to be taken care of somewhat and the two. it is like announcing, why do no longer gruesome human beings purely seem extra advantageous or why do no longer anorexic human beings purely consume, or disabled human beings purely get extra advantageous. attempt being a splash extra open minded.
