Ladies and gentlemen,
My name is Justin.Yuan. I'm a Chinese native with college background; I have worked for nearly 7 years, more than 3 years' teaching experience in a famous International Foreign Language School and more than 3 years’ working experience on foreign trade and management, I'm now acting as an International Trade Manager in a big company in China. I'm well acquainted with the procedures of export and import in China. China is becoming the manufacturing center on the globe now. You're bound to profit a lot if you focus on your business in China. I'd like to be your sourcing or purchasing manager or import representative in China. I can assure you that I'm a well qualified sourcing manager or import representative of your company as I have been a foreign trade manager for nearly 3 years and I can speak Chinese/Mandarin, English, a little French and some local languages (dialects) in China.

Thus no contract signed etc. She's been with me a week and has, in a week's time not been able to complete 5 tasks that she should be able to complete in a day. This includes 1. typing up 1 document (1 page), 2. typing up 1 list, sending 5 e-mails, updating a database and sending 5 more e-mails. She came from a multinational co. (fifth largest in the world) - she worked there as a co-ordinator. Why is it that she can't complete 5 tasks - IN A WEEK?? Should I let her go? If yes, How do I go about it?

When given tons of new hire set up papers, after getting a job offer, if you come across a document that you don't want to sign (but the company will say something like ALL documents must be signed in order for you to get paid), how would you handle it?

she's been working here a week and she's totally incompetent. Do I give her a chance? Do I let her go? I own my own co. and this is my first employee (she's not formally employed yet - no contracts etc.) Her salary will make a ditch in my takings, and she's not living up to her promises. What to do?

On the application it asks "What do you consider to be the most important qualifications of an employee"?? This is a Fast Food Restaurant. But I really need some good answers to give me the job! Also... "Which do you consider more important as far as a restaurant is concerned- Courteous, Prompt Service or A Quality Product?"
