When given tons of new hire set up papers, after getting a job offer, if you come across a document that you don't want to sign (but the company will say something like ALL documents must be signed in order for you to get paid), how would you handle it?

Speak with Human Resource personnel or the person that is hiring you and ask about the document. You may not need to sign it afterall or they may be able to explain why and if it is necessary. Then, at least you'll be able to evaluate if the job is worth it.

Wow what does the paper do? Hand over your first born? Donate a kidney?
Chances are all jobs have the same papers. Sign it and get to work

first of all I would'nt be getting a job. You should start your own website of some sort and make money through it. Jobs are way too insecure. Just think about it, your boss can fire you at any time and decides what you are worth. Why not let your self decide what your worth and determine how succesful you are.

each document should be explained to you if you have any questions. most of the first day paperwork is required, though, unless it specifically says the information they are asking for is optional. usually these are the voluntary self-identification where they ask about veteran status, and the part in the application where you are asked gender, marital status, and race - these are for statistical purposes only.

Ask the employer why you have to sign that particular document. Sometimes they might not need it.
