Call up his wife or girlfriend :)

Harassing how? Decline what?

Without any details, this is a tough one. Is it truly harassment or just perception or misunderstanding? Was your position threatened if you didn't comply with sexual favors? Or does he make you uncomfortable with words or actions?

Best I can tell you is decline politely, "No thank you." or "No, I would not feel comfortable with that." And then document everything -- date, time, who said what (exactly), etc...

Then consult with your HR department, the Dept of Labor, or a lawyer.

Hi...
If your workplace has a hot line for sexual harassment or other inside issues..call it. these phone calls remain anonymous, unless you would like to identify yourself.
If you do not have a hot-line, then make sure you have lots of proof...other people hearing what he says to you or seeing...make sure you have documentation, because..no one will believe you without any source of proof. Also go to HR personnel...be smart...
You might want to talk to him, but in most cases you will end up loosing your job. If your boss is power-full he won't be afraid to get rid of you, because at that point you became a threat...to his job. So...again, be smart.
Good Luck!

First of all you have to tell him that you feel you're being sexually harassed. Tell him that if things to not come to a complete stop that you will contact your human resources department and file an official complaint. You can do it in a nice way, but don't allow him to think that he CAN take advantage of you.

Raise the concern to his boss or talk to the HR person. Also tell him that you believe that it is important to love someone to have sex with him. Try to be friendly with him and explain to him what you feel about him etc. Show him some soft corner or sympathy or ask him what the problem is. If he is a married person, I am sure there's some problem somewhere. I mean, he might have problems with his wife/children etc.

If he tries not to talk to you on this regard or starts behaving cruelly, talk to the HR executive or policy maker in your company. I am sure they will be able to help you out.

you can't decline without jeopardizing your job...you need to seek higher management to lodge your complain....if your boss is the highest management, then you need to lodge a report with the authority....at the end of the day, you will still be the loser....but since you will be down, you might as well take that bastard down with you.

Report him to the people above him if at all possible. If not, speak to an attorney. But most importantly, make sure you have a case. I don't doubt your claim, but will a court or higher ups? Be wise about it. Quit and move on if you must. But don't give up!

If your boss is sexually harassing you, then you should talk to your lawyer. Sexual harassment in the workplace is illegal.

Tell his boss. If there isn't one, then you're building a pretty good harassment suit.

Tell him you are uncomfortable by his comments/gestures and to please stop. If he continues after you warn him, inform your human resources director or personell office immediatly and make sure you have documented incidents with dates and times along with any other neccesdary remarks. If you are not willing to do this, then do not bother to report in first place. This is the way to go about this issue though, trust me.

first off you tell him to stop or your going to file a sexual harassment suit on him. and he cant fire you for his wrong doing, but if he threatens you with your job you need to get a lawyer quickly.
