I by no means am racist or prejudiced, I give everyone a chance to prove their worth to me regardless of race or creed. Eight years ago my Bro. got me drunk and took me to get a tattoo, He ,in my drunken state, talked me into getting a confederate flag tattooed on my right arm,It means nothing to me . But my place of employment is threatening to fire me if i dont get it covered or removed. Can anyone tell me if they really have the right or authority to do this?

I have been working in public accounting for about 1 1/2 years. I am beginning to think this may not exactly be the thing for me. Are there any interesting, somewhat unique areas to get into out there related to accounting and/or finance? I have 4 year degrees in accounting and business admin with a finance emphasis and will have my cpa license in a few months.

I have a summer job as a camp counselor, I've just completed my first week of work. All of my co-workers are college students, and I am the only 1 in high school(17 yrs. old.) Most of the campers were about my age, so I communicated with them more directly than the others. The problems started when the campers found out my age and started hitting on me and asking me for advice. I didn't let them continue with talking to me in that manner. I guess they just wanted some personal attention. My boss wants me to call him this week before I go back to work next week and convince him that I can handle my job more professionally. What should I do?

I'm trying to save up money for an august vacation and cannot seem to find customers. At school, no students would pay me for computer tutoring or building a new computer or setting up a network, etc., and no one would tell their parents about the opportunity. Plus, school is almost out anyway. How do I reach serious customers easily and quickly without paying a fortune?

I have been at my current job for over a year now and I started at a very low rate because i was entering into a new career and had a lot of learning to do and now that i know the ropes I have been given a raise and some perks but the salary i'm at is still very low and the other two women i work with salary is still considerable ($20000) larger than mine even after the raise. Now this wouldnt bother me if i wasnt expected to just as much as they are and sometimes more. I have been sought out by other companys and one in particular has offered me the chance to join there team with a $ 7000 increase in my already increased salary.... The only thing I dont like is that i will be starting from scratch again. I just earn the schedule i want at my current job and now i dont have to work Saturdays and even though the others make more money than me I have senority over them. My fear is that the grass isnt always greener on the other side. Should I stay put or go for the raise?
