back in 1999 I wrote a few checks, it was my first checking account and I was stuipid.. I didnt keep up with it and a few bounced.. But here is my problem I have to put on my application (yes to felony) but everything is paid in full and I never went infront of a judge. Why can I get a JOB?

If you never went before a judge and everything is paid, the only thing you may have to worry about is your credit report. Unless you are CHARGED with a felony in a court of law.. you did not commit one! So you have no reason to answer yes to that question! I've bounced checks before as I'm sure your possible boss did.. Do not worry about it and if for some reason they find out and ask , just say (like you did on here) it was stupid, I was young, etc. and I didn't even realize it would show up or be an issue. check and see if it is on your record it might not even be on it.
