First, they may not have to. Some industries have an exception to paying overthime.

If you are a waitress, but get no TIPS, look for a better restaurant to work for.

If you are a GUY, you might look to work as a Security Guard.. plenty of hours with overtime, and the work is not that hard.

You cant without knowing your idenity. Did u sign something that said you do not get overtime? Unfortuantly I did and Iwork 50 hours a week! Geez. Its up to you
