Yes, contact your state's labor board.
First, they may not have to. Some industries have an exception to paying overthime.
If you are a waitress, but get no TIPS, look for a better restaurant to work for.
If you are a GUY, you might look to work as a Security Guard.. plenty of hours with overtime, and the work is not that hard.
Education is the key to getting a better job with better benefits.
