Summit is the meeting taking/taken place between or among the heads, administrators, chiefs or top most authorities on a subject or issue or state or countries.

Business summit accordingly is a meeting of CEOs of two or more companies or functional heads. The minutes of such meeting(s) with or without other unofficial details are called "details of business summit".
