No. In today's competitive world you have to have a good degree to get a good start. It doesnt matter in long run because you achieve what an MBA achieve in long run but it definitely affects in the short run. You might end up at the same level but you have to work harder than the person who has the degree.

If people don't know you, no. If people know you well enough, maybe, but having that degree really helps. You may never get the same pay as somebody who has MBA.

No. The degree is essential. It may not make much of a difference in the beginning, but your opportunities for advancement will be limited.

no just fib and say you have the degree, they never check anyway.
it's basically just a peice of paper.
