The best answers for the first question would be integrity, loyalty, and attention to detail. As far as the second goes, you should explain that the quality of the service and the quality of the product should be taken equally into account. Hope it helps.

All of the above are equally important, especially in a Fast Food Restaurant where you have to deal with customers. An employee should not only be hard working, but also efficient, courteous and always serve quality product. You want to keep the customer happy and coming back for more.

I believe the most important qualification for an employee is commitment. Commitment to the company, to the job, to the quality of service, and to the team.
Both Service and Product are both extremely important, and the significance of one, cannot affect the importance of the other. This have been said courteous prompt service is always a determining factor, for if a customer is unhappy with the quality of product delivered, proper service can try to solve the problem, and keep the customer happy. If a customer receives bad quality service, it is not possible to keep them happy regardless of the quality of food!!
Good luck with the job!!!

Trustworthy: implies that you will be there all the time/ you won't steal or anything like that
And I would say quality product on the last one. Quality Courteous prompt service is how I'd rate it.

Mention teamwork in there somewhere... they always like that. Do an "all of the above" kind of answer for the last part.
