Do anyone know a format that i can use to write a letter requesting an interview? Or a site that can help me out?

Use normal business letter format then something like this.
Dear Sir/Madam:
This letter is to request an interview regarding________.
I am avaible to meet at your convenince ( or whatever is appropriate)
In advance, I thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Joe Flyer

I usually call the company and ask to speak to the person in charge of hiring. Then I tell them I am checking on the status of my application or resume and then I ask about interviews.
