Ladies and gentlemen,
My name is Justin.Yuan. I'm a Chinese native with college background; I have worked for nearly 7 years, more than 3 years' teaching experience in a famous International Foreign Language School and more than 3 years’ working experience on foreign trade and management, I'm now acting as an International Trade Manager in a big company in China. I'm well acquainted with the procedures of export and import in China. China is becoming the manufacturing center on the globe now. You're bound to profit a lot if you focus on your business in China. I'd like to be your sourcing or purchasing manager or import representative in China. I can assure you that I'm a well qualified sourcing manager or import representative of your company as I have been a foreign trade manager for nearly 3 years and I can speak Chinese/Mandarin, English, a little French and some local languages (dialects) in China.

Provided I could be your sourcing manager or import representative, I could assist you in the following aspects in China:
1.Help you during price negotiation.
2.Provide you access to several suppliers or producers.
3.Help you arrange transportation and insurance in China.
4.Offer you with logistics support
5.Help you to handle the return of damaged and rejected goods.
6.Inspect the goods at any port in China on behalf of you. As you know, most of the buyers abroad are not so satisfactory and assured on China’s inspection systems and methods and they usually hire a third-party to re-inspect the goods with high remuneration/cost.
7.Help you clear the customs in China.
8.Help you obtain local government policy/licensing information
9.Help you learn the distribution network in China
10.Help you carry out market survey in China.
11.Help you investigate the credit standing of your Chinese partners.
