I am going through my last few days of spending and I've come across a tax invoice from when I went to the service station three days ago. When I was there I brought fuel cigarettes and a drink, and I know thats all I brought. But on the invoice it shows the drink was charged to me twice!

I know its just $3.90 and I should have checked when I payed for it, and its been tree days now. But I'm tired of being played!

Should I go and get my money back, you know thats criminal what they have done. I can't just let them have my $3.90 they owe to me can I?

What should I do?

And Why?

There are many types of communications media available to managers in today’s organizations. Discuss under what circumstance should be used a specific medium (email, a phone call, and a face-to-face meeting) to communicate with a virtual workforce. Include issues such as media security, privacy, and reliability in your discussion.

After I moved to New York, I still kept all my car related paper work in Rhode Island to save on car insurance. When I tried to renew my registration plate online a couple days ago, I found that I 've been blocked due to "municipal tax passed due". Since I don't live there any more, I don't want to pay that, but on the other hand, could it affect me in some way for not paying it?

I find it hard to work out the logic here. Why dont they enforce paying for insurance and/or signed delivery confirmation? Having the option of letting people save $1~$2 encourages sellers to save time and effort and only offer regular shipping. Similarly, suppose sellers offer multiple reduced risk shipping options, the money savings still encourages buyers to choose the cheapest mailing methods.

I guess I learned my lesson, but even so, I sure hope I can get my mail safely without having to buy insurance and pay extra for delivery confirmation. I mean, packages should be delivered to people, not front porches. They don't have the ability to sign off the delivery anyways.

I was thinking of buying a stock online. The stock currently stands at $50 per share. But it might rise in the after hours. I do not want to pay more than $52 per share in case the stock price rises. So if I specify my call option online at $52, does that mean that I would have to pay $52 per share even if the stock price stands at $51 once the market opens again? Or does it automatically get filled at the lower price and the $52 is just the maximum price?
Also, I want to protect myself in case that stock drops. So that means I have to put a stop loss? Or is it a put option? I want to put it at $49 since it is a very volatile stock.

We were given a personal loan. We signed everything. We were written a check and cashed it. Then, we find a letter in the mail saying that we were turned down. My guess is, that this is a mistake and to just ignore it, but has it ever happened where someone is given a check, the check clears and then the bank pulls back their approval? Can they ask for the money right back? What if the money was already spent?

I won some money on IWon.com, and they are sending it to me in the form of a check. I entered only my first initial in the name field.

1) will they allow me to cash it at any bank, or do I have to have an account with the bank?

2) If I have my school I.D., will that be sufficient identification?

3) If the check were to bounce- what would they do?
