I know there are sites where I can find out my credit score as an individual. But where can I find out the score of my S corporation? (Do corps even have credit scores?)

Larger companies are rated by Moody's, which assigns a quality rating to debt the company issues (corporate bonds).

Smaller companies are reviewed and rated by Dunn & Bradstreet. Your might contact them to see if your company can be reviewed. Obviously, the value of D&B's review may be limited, as the source of their info may be only that provided from the business owner. But they can provide at least minimal info regarding public info like business credit, judgements, liens, etc. Good luck.
