i am an international student from Europe, and the damage occured during the time when i subleased the apt to my friend, it is really not my fault. i know i am responsible for this because i signed the lease with landlord. im leaving canada in 2 years, what if i don't pay back the debt?

if the debt has already appeared on the credit report, should i contact the original landlord for payment options or the collection agency? or the credit bureau? thanks

Forget the credit bureau. The only REPORT information supplied by creditors. They NEVER handle payments. Unless the collection agency actually BOUGHT the debt, you are probably better off dealing directly with the landlord.

If the debt account is currently in collections, you would need to contact the Collection Agency to handle the payments.

A landlord or the development insurer if the development is insured by using the insurance enterprise will pay for harm of the condo. each and all of the property interior the condo if has been insured by using tenant then would be paid by using tenant content insurance enterprise.
