I recently purchased an item from the Blockbuster Online Outlet store. The item shipped from Texas (where the warehouse is I guess.) However, I was charged NJ sales tax. I tried calling customer service but they guy who helped me didn't really know anything about sales tax. "Don't worry, sir, we wouldn't do it unless it was legal." I thought they could only charge sales tax if they had a presence in my state. There is no Blockbuster Online Outlet warehouse/store in New Jersey.

So I interviewed with this company. The first time I interviewed with 5 different people and I know it went well. When I came back the second time to interview with the VP and the Director one of the guys said that he knew I got good feedback from everyone before. Well I clammed up in my interview with the VP. It didn't go horrible but it didn't go wonderful. But I did say some good things. However, the job is posted again on their website and on Hotjobs. They haven't told me that I didn't get the job yet. Could they be doing this to find more candidates and make sure that I am a good fit or do I not have the job? I hate job searching.

I thought the more money you make, the higher the tax? But it seems like they tax up until you're filthy rich, then you don't get taxed anymore.

There are tons of companies out there that will make your credit report available from all three agencies so you can monitor. My hubby has poor credit and we would like to have monthly statements and/or be informed of changes ASAP. We think that someone may be tapping into his account and we need to get a handle on this quickly and clean up his credit so that we will be able to use his credit & income to get a home in about 3 years. (My credit is good/excellent - but debt is high, so for the next 3 yrs, I will be paying those balances down.)

What company(s) have you personally used?
NO SPAMMING or ADVERTISEMENTS please.
Please, from personal experience, what has worked for you or a friend or family member?

Thanks ahead of time!

I already work through a non-union contractor at various plants. But all plants don't use non-union contractors. Some plants that I really want to work will only accept union people. I have talked to a couple of the Locals in my area and no one gets me or they say it's no work available. I want to work at a power plant in California but it's union only. I am a laborer.....What do I do?Do I necessarily have to join a union in my area? How does it all work? Help please (-:
