You are getting involved with a company that is not dependable. Get out of there. There is more opportunities out there than you can count on your both hands 10x over.

They sound pretty unorganized to me. Maybe the person who is supposed to interview you has a really busy schedule. Or maybe they are just a flake. I think you are right to question whether or not you want to work there. I would concentrate on other opportunities and if the interview works on Thursday, great. If not, I would probably blow them off unless they come up with a valid reason for all of the cancellations.

Maybe this is a bad sign. After the 3rd cancellation I would say See Ya and look for another job.

Maybe they haven't gotten around to firing the person you'll be replacing. They don't know how to approach the person because he might go postal them.

Play it by ear, go to the interview and case out the work environment, if it looks dysfunctional make your decision then. \

Again it depends on the position you apply for, is it a job with a dead end, and or a job that can become a career.

Probably one of the people who is going to interview you isn't available, and they're trying to schedule you at a time when everyone you need to talk to is there. The first cancellation, for today, probably means someone was sick since it's such short notice.
