So I interviewed with this company. The first time I interviewed with 5 different people and I know it went well. When I came back the second time to interview with the VP and the Director one of the guys said that he knew I got good feedback from everyone before. Well I clammed up in my interview with the VP. It didn't go horrible but it didn't go wonderful. But I did say some good things. However, the job is posted again on their website and on Hotjobs. They haven't told me that I didn't get the job yet. Could they be doing this to find more candidates and make sure that I am a good fit or do I not have the job? I hate job searching.

Yep, they may want a bigger pool to pick from before they make their decision.

You clammed up with the VP? If you cant talk to the VP, how would they expect you to talk to anyone else?

You blew it. I'd say you did not get the job. And it would NOT be a good idea to reapply. Thet could come across as being desperate. Your resume would be trashed.
