don't know about surveys. But there are such things as secret shoppers. Though I don't think it is to make money. I was told that they give you free stuff but that they don't pay you. I work at a retail store and am told about them all the time. we get a couple of them every wk

yes there paid online surveys..but you should be able to tell when its a scam or not....i earn money thru my online homebased business...not really big amount but enough to keep my family living...here's a resource you might get ideas from here

Yes for secret shopper. I'm not sure by whom, but my Aunt has done it.
Do your research on different places that do it and you should b fine. :)
