Tattoos - March 2007

I knwo it needs to be SPF 45 or higher but what brand, I was thinking Neutrogena Sheer Sunblock, because Neutrogena products tend to be good for sensitive skin (I don't have sensitive skin) but they have good products and their sunblock is not scented... PS... THE SUNBLOCK CANNOT BE SCENTED!

So my tattoo artist told me to apply the A&D Ointment for the first 5 days, 4 times a day, and I did, and there after I should apply a non-scented lotion to the tattoo 3-4 times daily. I bought Curel Ultra Healing (Non-scented, non-greasy, non-comedogenic [doesn't clog pores]) and have been using it for about a week now, works wonderful, no complaints, tattoo is completely healed. My question is, should I apply the dab of lotion to it 4 times a day for the rest of my life, or just for a few more weeks? If I choose to apply it, like I have (if it's not necessary) is there any harm in that?

DETAILS:
In small, but not tiny curvy script (about pinky length), black ink, shaded letters, two words on the sholder blade.
Why do i ask? I think the artist may be overcharging me.

For my 21st birthday...me and my dad want to get matching tattoos. Its not any easy thing to find something thats not too masculine and not too feminine for us both to get. I would even like some ideas with slightly different tattoos...somehow connecting us for life. I know that most daughters get tattoos like this with their mother...but my dad is all I have. So any ideas would help...~thank you!~

I just don't know what desings look good there! any ideas?

I have my eyebrow pierced (about a year now) and I know if I take it out for a week or more you really can't even tell that I had it done. Which is important to me in case one day I need to take it out for a good job offer or what have you....

My question is, would this be the case with a vertical labret? Or would I have a very visible hole for ever even once the barbel is taken out??

Ok, Ive seen these Nautical Star Tattoos alot and theyve always fascinated me, i want to get one for sure, and i was looking at gettin it very low on my stomach on both sides, like maybe green & black, should i go for it, and if so, any ideas/tips.

i got my first tattoo on my lower back last year and am realizing how true it is - they say you can't get just one! i have a very small design i want on my inner wrist. my pain tolerance isn't very good and i thought the back one was incredibly painful, but i'm willing to go through it again.
