I can't believe Senjaya is still on AI. Stephani should have never gotten voted off. This show is becoming a joke. They should never allow the public to vote on the bottom 12 because most of them just vote for their fav but necessarily the best. This really stinks. Stephani should have been there till the end. I don't necessarily believe she would have won but should have defenitly been in the bottom 5.

Very disappointed!!!!

When filling out my grad school apps, I come across this question:
"Have you ever been convicted of a crime, made a plea of guilty, accepted a deferred judgment, been adjudicated, or been required to register as a sex offender? (Misdemeanor traffic offenses are exempt.)"

The thing is I just got a citation for underage consumption - I will be 21 in 3 months! I will plea not guilty and there's a 95% chance it will get expunged (dropped off my record like it never happened).
Even if it isn't dropped it will show up like this on the court record:
"Underage Drinking-Possess-17-20 (1st). This is not a criminal offense and results only in a money penalty for this offense. "
Sooooo, how picky are they going to be? I technically pleaded not guilty and it's not a traffic offense. Should I report this and write the explaination why like they ask for? Why do they even need to know this for an engineering program?

My son (5) fractured his wrist twice falling from monkeybar at a private school. He writes little slow and has poor hand writing. The school will not renew his enrolement becasue he can not write fast enough to finish classromm exercises. Can I sue the school? How much can I collect? Any attorney referral? ok here is some backstory i have ben going to church since i was like 6 with my friend jaysons family. we go every sunday for mas.

fast forward 2 this week and i saw this realy cute girl at chuch mass. she was in my graed and i know her from shcool but she is SO prety.

should i talk to a girl at church or is that not alowed? i just want 2 say hi and eventually maybe asked her to go see a movie or something? jayson says :dude u should totaly go ask her out!!! but i'm" not sure if i should or not.

I've taken my Maltese puppy to the groomer 4 times now. I'm always very impressed. The groomer always makes her smell like cotton candy and they always put a cute little bow in her hair. BUT....the last time I took her they cut her really deep right below her eye. I understand how this can happen since she is a very hyper puppy, but they did not even bother to tell me. They just stopped the bleeding with a septic pencil. I did not even notice until a day later because the septic pencil covered up the dried blood. My question is should I take her back to the same place? I can understand how this can and probably does happen anywhere. So, is it a waste of time just to take her somewhere else?

The child support police state of New Hampshire attached my son's bank account, because I they thought I was not paying my child support when in fact it was being taken out of my check every week.

Even though I was giving my kid an average of 100.00 extras per week.

I lost my job and then I got screwed by the wonderfull all Amercian System of justice. But during this time I continued to send checks in the mail.

Now I beleive what eveyone else in the world is saying about this defacto police state that yanks kids out of home for porported child abuse and put them into mental wards if they rebel... or drug them up will ritalin which it's main ingredient is methy amphetamine and other mind altering drugs.

According to the DEA, New Hampshire is Ground Zero for the drugging of kids.

The only reason I stayed hre is so that my kid could see me... and have a dad.

What I am finding out is that in the All American Police State, the prime directive is to put dads in jail

Ok I really like my boyfriend of 2 months. and we were really close. The only problem is he knows something about me taht i dont want anybody else to know like not even my best friend. And he alwasy like blackmails me and says if you dont tell me this i will tell them your secret. I get mad and he wonders why. So today i finally got sick of it and the fact he thoguht i was flirting with another ( younger guy ew) and he kept looking at the opposite teams cheerleaders so i was like ok im done. He cried then walked over to the cheerleaders and got 4 #'s. and like called me ugly and stuff. Then tried to rub it in my face. I called him and i guess we are friends but yeah,....im still upset.
