My son (5) fractured his wrist twice falling from monkeybar at a private school. He writes little slow and has poor hand writing. The school will not renew his enrolement becasue he can not write fast enough to finish classromm exercises. Can I sue the school? How much can I collect? Any attorney referral? (san franciso bayarea)

Have you really listened to your own question???Stop looking for a handout. Shame on you .If you are not careful, then the person you sue may have his lawyer find you an unfit parent for not making sure your son did not get hurt...Be careful what you wish for.....Teach your son to write with his other hand..............

Check out different law firms they offer you a multitude of options - choose the company that gives you good advice rather than one that will get you the most bucks (they take most of it!!!).
