Originally France started it, when they knew they had lost, they passed the ball to America who was only too pleased to catch and run with it. When they realized they were getting their a**e whipped, they left ungracefully.

USSR and China supplied weapons to N Vietnam.
Cambodia and Laos allowed the NVA to cross borders.
Thailand allowed US bases.
S. Korea, Austrailia supplied troops to help the south. and most of all, the good ole USA.

I do know for sure the US was involved in that war and a few canadian guys fought with US troops other then that I am not sure who else was involved
