I empathize with you completely. It takes a foreigner or someone from overseas to see the police state for what it is. Fathers have no rights in this country. But dont dwell on the negative, that just brings more of the same. You can make it better for yourself by seeing yourself in the life you want and then acting on it and believing inyour heart that you will get it. But I agree wholeheartedly, amerikkka is a police state and will become much much worse in the next 5 years. Good luck.

If you have receipts or cancelled checks for all the money you paid then you should have no problem. No matter what you should fight it if you have proof you paid the support. Child support takes a bit of time getting their crap straight, but you just have to be vigilant.

Its not the police , its the anti American, anti-family left who are behind it. As for the mix up on the checks, I doubt there is a country where public employees don't mess up.

Well if you want to abandon your child then just leave. Just let the door hit you were the good Lord split you. Children are not forced to take Ritalin. And it is no ones prime directive to put dads in jail.

Oh, yes, please do and take some of these liberals with you! You don't know what a police state is if you're even asking this question. If you're from Greece, like I suspect you are, ask a couple of older people who were around during the Nazi occupation and they'll tell you what living in a police state is really like. Perhaps if you had kept it in your pants until you married the future mother of your child(ren), you wouldn't be having these difficulties now. Bye! Enjoy the one-way ticket!

If you have a record of you providing for your child and you love your child, then you will fight the system.
This is one of the reasons my state pays child support through the AG's office. It takes longer, but they make sure Dad pays and Mom can't lie about it.

Actually, they normally don't do that here, unless there is a little extra that you're not saying. I went to Court, and I received total custody of my two children. But, Mr Hugo Chavez says that you are welcome there, no problem !!
