...how to lose weight by exercise and diet, and have a target of losing at least a stone in the next month. I need to know VERY effective home exercises i can do without using exercise machines. If you can help me lose the stone or two, i couldn't be more pleased to give you the 10points...

After reading the responses to another question I asked, I'm even more confused. The spirit is like an electrical charge to jump start our bodies. The soul is us. If the spirit has no memory of us then all spirits are one & the same, so then does that mean when we die our soul dies & only our spirit can go to God?

I need to know what are some healthy breakfast meals. I usually eat Wheaties(a big bowl),Carrots,water and yogert for breakfast but find myself still hungry but scared to eat because i'm worried about becoming fat.

My husband told me this morning that our newly 16 yo daughter was up until 2a.m. last night on My Space.

He said that every time he walked into her room she minimized.

He's not big on privacy invasion, which doesn't help us.

We share custody of her.

We have her every other weekend.

There is NO support at her Bio-Mom's.

I used to live in England and I moved here in 2001. I am starting to lose my British accent but I don't want to because I love it! I know if i move back to England I can get it back in a year or two but that is not an option at the minute. Does anyone know how i can keep my accent?
