Jesus was and still is Jewish. Hanukkah is a minor holy day for the Jews. He probably celebrated it. We do not know. We do know He celebrated Passover (Last Supper).

Yes if he was visiting someone that celebrated Hanukkah, he told us to abide by the other's customs when visiting so as not to insult.
