I am not aware of a particular function that calculates the odds ratio. However, if you have a contingency table that looks like this
___| AO | AO' | Total
RF |_ a _|_ b _| a+b
RF'|_ c _|_ d _| c+d
Total_____________
___|a+c| b+d | a+b+c+d
(Sorry about the spacing; it's the best I can do on Y!A.)
Then the odds ratio of the AO given RF versus AO given RF' can be calculated as ad/cb. You can use Excel to find the value from those particular cells.

I don't know much about odds ratios, but from the Wikipedia article on the subject it would be fairly easy to set up an Excel table.
