How do you block your name so receipiants can not see your name in the from line?

Use telnet.

It will work but I'm joking of course. There are email clients that will do that for you (I won't tell you what it is), but don't be stupid. They will log the IP and trace it back to you.

You can use any combination of
letters and numerals as your email
identity to hide your real name.
eg: qwer456yui@ abc.com Try it in
Yahoo mail and register as a new user.
Don't sign your name at the bottom of the message !!!!
