try this it will make you look good and feel good

Stress can make any disorder worse. May it be Mental Emotional or physical. Stress is when you worry way too much about things that can be fix with a little effort on your own personal part.
Stress has been proven to cause serious health risks, such as heart disease, Endurance Problems, Fatigue, Emotional Imbalances, etc.
There are options to dealing stress and weight loss. Such as Detox plans and rejuvenation Plans, as the one I have enclosed.
I definitely stress that you consult your physician, about anything new or changes in your daily regimine. As this plan will affect other areas of your Daily living and Medications.

One month detox and rejuvenation plan
STEP ONE: Detox: (week one)
a), Drink lots of water
b) lay off the sodas, beer, tea, coffee, etc
c) Basically go on a water fast(drink water only and no food), for 7days consecutively.
d)for even more detoxifying effects, maybe sit in a Sauna for about 20-30 minutes, twice during your 7day detox(once when during day two and once during day four), allowing your pores to open up and allow the toxins to come out.
STEP TWO: Rejuvenate (Goes hand in hand with step one, done during the entire month and future days) (If you are under the age of 18 with a proper ID, You have to be accompanied by a parent to any Spa or Massage Clinic.)
a) Go to a spa, and enjoy a nice warm Mud Bath or a Bodywrap, Then a two hour Massage, starting with ROM Assessment/Joint therapy, to relieve any joint stress or tension,
b) Then a Little Myofascial Stretching to give the skin and muscle a nice warming stretch,
c) Then a slightly Vigorus Swedish to relax the muscles,
d) Then a Little acupressure to relieve any trigger points,
e) Then ending a soft Swedish to really relax those muscles.
f) Then maybe get a nice salt scrub to really open your pores, and soften the skin.
g) Then take a nice warm shower, rinse away any toxin that may have come to the surface, and excess oils from the salt scrub.
h) Then rinse with cold water to tighten the pores and waken the bodys energies and chakras.
i) Find a reiki practioner and get a session to help restart your chakras as you may have a few that need a boost.
STEP THREE: Exercise, (can be done during step one and two, and is incorporated into our lives forever til we die)
Try a Tai chi Class, Yoga, Pilates, Aerobics, or Jazzercise, Maybe take up swimming, or Ballrom Dancing.
STEP FOUR: Eat Proper ( this starts during week two and continues into our everyday lives) (with fewer/healthier meals/snacks for thinner people), and (Smaller portions But more often/healthier meals/snacks with heavier people)
STEP FIVE:Plan yourself a Healthy But tasty diet plan including and starting with: (this is just a recommended plan Not set in stone if you know what I mean.)
BREAKFAST:
Minimum of 8oz glass of water at room temp each morning,
Followed by a 8oz glass of Freshly juiced Organic Fruit juice, 3 Apples, 2 slices of pineapple, 1 pear, and four carrots, this will give your body a Natural energetic boost.
Then followed by a warm bowl of Whole oat cereal.
No refined sugars, If you need sweet use honey, or maple syrup.
SNACKS include:
light leafy salads, Natural Nuts, Organic anything.
LUNCH:
eat a Nice veggie salad with vinegar and Oil dressing, Not Italian or any thing with dairy. Avoid Poultry it is too hard to digest. Try to avoid any heavy meats Like beef or pork during the early moring or lunch times. Follow the sandwich with some watermelon or strawberries, or some kind of fresh fruit salad if you are a still hungry or just want a nice desert. Watermelon or any type of Melon will help to fill you up faster.
Drink water at a couple of degrees cooler than room tempurature.
DINNER:
start with a nice small Garden salad with tomatoes, leafy lettuce, radishes, carrot slivers, Almonds, Sunflower seed Kernals, and Spinach, again with a vinegarette, instead of salad dressing. Followed by Either a baked or broiled Poultry or Fish Dinner fresh of course, no frozen crap. No Fried, Minimal If you want Butter try to get Organic or some sort of spread that has low carb and transfat count., Or just stay away from Butter all together, But use lemon at your own choosing, fresh pepper(s), No salt, fresh Green beans , Organic Whole wheat bread, Whole grain Pastas if you prefer. Organic Rice.
Anything and everything Organic
Stay away from Refined sugars(candy, or anything non organic
If anything at all try to eat as organic as you can possibly eat. IF you read a lables Ingrediants list, and you can't pronounce the words then it is toxic for your Body, and Mind, and spirit

I think a stone in a month is too much (a stone is 14lbs for those in the States). To lose 2lbs a week, you need about 7000 calories a week less than your body needs. To lose fat rather than muscle, you can build your muscles by doing any weight bearing exercise such as lunges, squats, press ups, sit ups. Try to stay as active as possible - limit yourself to just a couple of hours at the PC or TV each day. Keep a food diary and only weigh yourself once every seven days. Fill up on fruit, veg, smoothies and lean meat/fish. Cut down on bread, pasta, rice, spuds and avoid anything that is greater than 5% fat.

1) Skipping rope. If that sounds too 8-year-old-girl-in-the-playground then call it "speedrope" instead. An hour a day will do wonders.
2) Go jogging. Again, work up to about an hour a day.
3) Watch what you eat. If you start exercise it might shock your body into extreme hungriness, just make sure you stay off fatty foods and have sugar (especially after exercise) or carbs. And even then don't overdo it.
Edit: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO WEIGHTS. At your age it can do serious long-term injury and reward for a 13-y-o will not be worth it.

detox, eat more fruit and veg, cut out bread and potatoes...eat a portion of brwon rice a day, and 2 litres of water. Start the day with a hot water and slice of lemon, and don't eat after 7pm.
Run a little each day, and use free weights 3 times a week.
I lost a stone in a month on the detix alone, then another stone the following month by going to the gym.

I'm no doctor, but I know some easy ways to lose weight. You just cut down on unhealty foods with alot of carbs and calories as much as you can and you start eating better foods, like fruits, veggies, and meat (unless your a vegetarian, in which you should eat protien bars etc.,). You should also excercise for at least an hour or so everyday (my friend walks with her ankles up all day to build calf muscles, it really works!). You should try regular excercises like crunches, sit ups, push ups, to- touches, and lifting weights. If you keep up a good ruitine and teach yourself sef-discipline, you'll be sure to lose weight.

Right then. Although your metabolism may be slower than some other peoples', the fact is that if you take in fewer calories than you burn off in a day, you'll loose weight. Bike riding, swimming, jogging are all aerobic exercise that will help kick your metabolism into high gear. Eating 5 or 6 smaller meals thoughout the day will also keep your metabolism burning fast. A stone in a month isnt realistic. Aim for 2lb a week. Walking is great exercise, walk fast dont dawdle! Step ups on the stairs, sit up and press ups are all exercises you can do at home;

Please just take it easy. There are lots of ways to lose weight that still won't hurt your body. Pay attention when you eat. When you get full, STOP! Get outside and do something active. Even if it is just going for a walk or riding a bike. Also, make sure to eat breakfast, 90% of americans that are overweight do not eat breakfast. Do NOT skip meals, your body will just do the opposite and start storing more calories. The most basic thing is to get up and do something.

Now, I'm from Texas, and while I like to think of myself as a reasonably intelligent woman, I can't for the life of me, wrap my mind around what a "stone" is. What I can tell you, is that you are very young to be worrying about your weight, but I applaud your concern, as most kids today are fat, and don't care. The answer to your question, is drink a LOT of water. Drink until you think you're going to puke, then drink some more. Next, walk, walk, walk. Maybe even run, run, run. The best thing for a boy your age? Go outside and play. We always played outside, my mother got tired of us :) , and none of us were overweight as kids. Play army, play dodgeball, play anything that's not involving sitting on your butt. If that doesn't work, just beat up everyone who picks on you, that worked for the kids in my school.

1. detox yourself for three days eating nothing but salad, fruit, and water. the salad should be small sized and the dressing should be somehting very very very non fat and light. the fruit cannont be very sweet or watery.
- breakfast : small salad and one glass of water
- lunch : small salad and glass of water
- dinner : semi bigger size salad and glass of water
- in between those meals eat one serving of fruit
2. after doing the detox for three days you gotta start workin your body.
3. eat 6 small healthy meals per day. (yougart, cereal, fruit) this will keep your metabolism working fast
4. drink plenty of water. at least a galon per day.
5. do cardio. do exercises that work your whole body and make sure you sweat. more sweat = better.
6. good exercises : pushups, squats, crunches. these are basic exercises that'll tone your body.
if you want to lose alot of weight, then you have to follow the directions. DO NOT overwork yourself. and the first few days of detoxing will not be a good feeling. your body will not be use to eating nothign.

well 13 year old eh! , well I think at you age it´s nice to see you want to be healthy and fit , very important to eat well, as now is the time your bones are growing , so lot´s of veg ,fruit , milk, and all the good food´s possible, plenty of water, and exercises swimming is good , playing football, walking, floor exercise´s sit ups, tighten up your tummy mussels, or aerobics but the main thing is a healthy diet with plenty water
