I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years, living together for 6 months. Next month he is taking me to Vegas. I've never been there before. I found out that we are staying at Paris Hotel, in a luxury suite. It's supposed to be a very romantic hotel, and I'm told the top of the Eiffel Tower is a popular place to pop the question. We are in our early 30's and most of our friends are married or engaged now...so I'm wondering if he will ask me. We don't really talk about marriage much - he's kinda old fashioned in that way.

What do you think my chances are of getting engaged?

We are going to be visiting Cali soon at a resort in Escondido. We have maped out some sites we want to see because we have never been. We are very excited to see L A but I've heard about traffic being attrocious.

What are some dog friendly places on the strip/in Vegas? We have a 15 lb. poodle mix, and we want to take her with us on vacation. I hear that the Westin and Four Seasons both allow dogs and are near/on the strip. They're a bit expensive tho.. plus, you can't leave your dog alone, and would need to hire a pet sitter. Anyone have any experience with pet friendly Vegas?

I have almost everything else done, but I still don't have any particular place in mind.I was just hoping for some opinions on the best places you've lived. I'm 20, single, looking to start college sometime next year, and looking for a change. I'm leaving Arkansas, so about anything named will be more exciting. I have the opportunity to move to Vegas at no cost to myself, but I'm not sure if that's where I want to be, so any opinions on that would also be helpful.
