I'm asking because I got into school in Boston, and am wondering if "the weather" is enough to be a negative factor. I used to live in Philadelphia, but moved to San Diego in 2001. I'm thinking "If I could handle Philly for 6 years, and Boston isn't much different, I'm sure I'll be fine there for college." But I've forgotten how Philly is, and do not know if Boston is different!

In the last 4 months i have been noticing things falling from the sky. Amost like a jet dipping down and leaving a trail. But its not a plane or a jet at all. The trial in the sky would fall for 2 or 3 minutes, stops half-way and stays ther for 10 minutes before disapearing. I used to think it was a meterorite, so i always ike to watch it. Sometimes i would see 4 or 5 of them on the same day. In different places. Today i finally found out that all those bizare things i see in the sky are called CHEMTRAIL. Im kind of confused as to what they are. Are they man made chemicals? Are they harmfu? Are they from out of space? And does anyone in San Diego notice this too or is it just me?

Recently, I heard that women in ny are complaining there is a serious single straight male shortage in Manhattan?! Is this True. So my question goes to both single males and females
Does anyone have any statistics about the single female to single guy ratio??

I once lived in Chicago where the single guy to single female ratio is close to 3 or 4 to 1, meaning you have 3 to 4 guys fighting for every girl, not fun!!!

What do resorts usually have in stock for you as far as toiletries? I know it depends mostly on how expensive or fancy the resort is, but as a standard, what do they usually give?

We're staying at..what was it called! Something 'Gates' Resort in or around Orlando Flordia. If anyone has ever been there, letting me know what they provided is appreciated. :) When you've stayed at a resort, what did you usually find as your complimentary toiletries? In about 2 to 3 years, I will be turning the big 2-5 and I would like to go somewhere nice to celebrate it. I was thinking about Las Vegas since I have been dying to go there. I would like to do something big since I didn't do anything much for my 21st bday.

Do any of you have an suggestions how to celebrate a big birthday in Vegas on a tight budget? I would like to go out to a club one night as well while I am there. Also, what is a cheap hotel that is also really nice to stay in? I will turn 25 Oct 18, 2009 if that is of any help.

I've traveled around a lot, but have lived in New York the majority of my life, but currently in Florida. I will be in San Diego and LA next month, so I'll see how the west coast lives. But I have to say, out of all the places I've lived and visited, New York is still the coolest place to live. Perhaps I'm biased because I was born there, but New Yorkers are as real and down to earth as anyone can be. And it's true the richest, most affluent people in the country live in New York, perhaps they also have a pad in LA or elsewhere, but the top hedge fund managers, and investment bankers live in the city. It's definately a cool place!
