Okay, so far the free dining promotion is only a rumor. And the thing with Disney is that you can never trust rumors. Disney has often changed things like the night before it was supposed to happen, in many cases. So, there has been a little info coming out about it, but nothing definite about it. So don't absolutely think that it is coming out, because it may not. Disney is really doing good on bookings this year and even for September in such, so they really don't need to offer a promotion, whether or not they will is unsure. I'm sure they will offer something, but it may not be as good as free dining.
From what I have been reading on the internet, the code should be coming out within the next two weeks or so, around April 10 or so. The dates for travel are going to be around August 25 or 26 until around September 22 or so.
Again, this is all rumors and I don't know how accurate it is, this is just what I have read. I do know that the rumors are saying IF free dining comes out, it will be for a pretty short time frame.
Disney will usually list this info on their website once it becomes available, under specials. Also, if you have a travel agent, many agents offer a newsletter or something where they will have the info. You could also watch on the message boards, like DisBoards. Finally, sign up for some newsletters for Disney, Mousesavers will probably be your best bet if you are only looking for one.

As far as I know this has not been released for the 2007 value season. I have heard rumors stating that if an announcement is made it will be done around April 12th. I have been in contact with Disney a few times and they did not tell me any new information. You can also check out www.intercot.com for all your disney questions. They have a thread there that is just for the free dining plan rumor! Good luck and have a magical day!

This package has been confirmed for Authorized Disney Vacation Planners and AAA. It will be available for the end of August through September. It will not be released for booking until April 12th. I confirmed that Destinationsinflorida.com will have all the information posted by the end of the today, so go check them out for more information.
We confirmed this information with Disney Guest Services (not reservations), yesterday. Booking will open for the package on April 12th.

I read a rumor that it will be offered from Aug. 3-Oct. 3 and that it will be coming out in a few days to one week. On one message board I read it stated that AAA has already leaked the promotion.
