I'm looking for some fun things to do over this next weekend in the Rowlett/Dallas area. We enjoy sailing, planes and outdoor activities especially, as well as a good museum. We're also looking for a great used or half-price book store in the area. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

I remember hearing about a project in New York whereby people could stick a sticker on places in new york and record information about them on a phoneline/website. I think it was a few years ago and made some kind of living guide to the city, maybe a bit like street art. Can anyone remember anything about what it was? Thanks

My husband and nine year old daughter would like to travel from Ohio down to Florida. Stopping at all desirable locations in between. Perhaps renting a condo, or vacation home rental in North or South Carolina for several days. Does anyone have any suggestions? Help please. Not sure what I should go for. I've never been to Busch Gardens: Europe before and I'm not sure what I should get. Should I get a 1 night, 2 day stay or a 2 night, 3 day stay?
I want to be able to take my time and not rush, but at the same time I don't want to greatly over estimate the time so I'd end up spending several boring hours walking around with nothing to do.
