Spending a few days in Louisville!!! Evanescence concert, 4th Street Live, etc. Need decent hotel close to Louisville Gardens and 4th Street Live (walking distance), opinions and advice on 'must dos and sees,' etc.

The Seelbach is right next to both and very nice.
