What do you mean TinkerBell at Disney Land is aman. Do you mean the actor playing Tinker Bell or the character itself?
Based on the disney portrayal of Tinker Bell in Petter Pan I'd say she's a SHE all the way....

Tinkebell is portrayed in the Disneyland Fireworks shows by a woman. It was in fact only one woman for about 35 years, but then she passed the role down to her daughter. She had a contract with Walt Disney saying that only people from her family could play this role unless otherwise specified by them. Of course, with so many shows and locations now there are others who play the role, but they have to be approved.
It is true that she smashes, very ungracefully, into matresses at the end of the show. If you walk over on Big Thunder trail just past the restrooms near the Village Haus restaurant, there is a large cast member gate entrance. If you look up on the Village Haus side there is the platform where she is caught. You can see this during the show and it is hilarious.

The only time where that could possibly happen is for the Tinker Bell who flies from Sleeping Beauty's Castle to tomorrowland during the nighttime fireworks. They need someone who is very very lightweight and there have been times where a small guy has dressed up for the role. But a man is never dressed as Tinker Bell in cases where a guest could see "her" face up close, as in a parade, etc...

TinkerBell, the face character in parades, is played by a woman. TinkerBell in the fireworks show is also played by a woman, but it is harder to tell.
Disneyland put Tink in its fireworks show as early as the 60's. Back then she was played by a circus aerialist named Tiny, who swooped down a zip line from the Matterhorn to the Fantasyland Skyway Station where she was caught be two guys holding a mattress. Tiny passed the role down to her daughter and then granddaughter. The flying harness has been changed within recent years to allow Tink to fly up and down, forward and back, making several appearances in the show "Remember Dreams Come True".
Its pretty easy to see why people think the role is played by a man. The harness is very bulky and makes her torso look square. And she wears an oversized Tink-shaped helmet with molded hair and face. But with digital photography these days, people can zoom in on Tink and see that she's a woman.

Nope, not a guy.
The original Tinkerbell was an old woman named Tiny who would 'fly' down from the Matterhorn on summer evenings. A couple of guys backstage would catch her in a mattress to break her fall!

I knew the woman who portrayed Tink retired after many years, but I didn't know about the mattresses.
It's funny how so many myths have grown around DL. Like how Walt's buried under Main Street. Funny.
