If you check with the national weather service or the weather channel for the actual information on average temperatures, as opposed to the memories of an occasional colder than average year, you will find that:
On average the highs in February run in the mid 60s but that can vary from mid 40s to mid 70s. The average lows run in the low 40s but have been from the 20s to the 60s. But expect an afternoon high of about 63 to 65 degrees in a normal year and a morning low of 41 to 43 degrees.
Most years they see about 10-11 sunny days, 8-9 cloudy days and 1-3 rainy days in Feb on average.

Guess that is a relative question. If you are coming from the northeast where the temperature is around 0 degrees then it would seem warm here. Temps hover in the 50 - 60's during the day and around 30 - 40 at night. When I was just visiting here it felt great and I happy with the temps. Now that I live here .. it feels real cold during that time. If you want warm temps in Feb. then try Southern Florida. If you just want to feel warm then Vegas is fine. Don't think you will be lounging at the pool during that time. Most pools are closed for the winter here.

It's cold. Although it can get up into the 60s, typically it only gets into the 50s and down in the 20s and 30s at night. There are sometimes that temps reach the 70s and 80s too, but don't count on it.

It can be quite chilly. We were there years ago in Febuary and the high for the day was around 40. So if you go, bring warm clothes.
