I am debating between moving to two cities! Both have the type of school I am looking for, so I am just interested on hearing anything about the two from those of you who have lived in or visited either! I want to know everything...weather, college life, beaches, parks, etc. Which one should I choose?? A side question.... Is there much of a college life in Watertown, NY?

Where are the best places to visit along the Coastal highway from San Francisco to Los Angeles?

After a few days in San Francisco we are planing 1 night in Monterey, 1 night in San Simeon and then 1 night at Santa Barbara, with each day broken up with sightseeing, ending up with a few days in Anaheim. This looks like an evenly split journey any advice?

Two places I have been told of are Big Sur and Hearst Castle are these suitable highlights on the route?

what are some beautiful towns in the eastern usa (east of the mississippi) that look historical and have lots of old brick buildings with elaborate facades and are nice to stroll down and would look nice in a movie about old times, or about britain, etc?

We are thinking of booking a day trip to Yosemite from San Francisco. From the many trips available I am quite taken by the one which uses the Amtrak from Emeryville for the first leg of the journey.

Has anyone taken this trip? If so, how long is it overall and how long does it actually give you in Yosemite National Park?

I only have a few days in San Francisco on a visit from the UK but would love to see Yosemite as it looks fantastic, can anyone recommend this or any similar excursion?

Family of four (all adults) going to Disney World for one week. Need recommendations for shuttle/taxi service from airport to Orange Lake Resort and from Orange Lake Resort to Kennedy Space Center and from Orange Lake Resort to Disney World parks (multi day pass??), what is the best way for transportation because I know how parking is at Disney World.

Me and my hun bun are in our late 20's and we want to go to Orlando for our vacation...Thing is, we can't make up our minds where to go...We are thinking of either going to Disneyland or Universal Studios...Our vacation is very short (only 3 days) and we suggested since we can't make up our minds to do both. A day at Disney and a day at Universal Studios...But which parks? We want to have a lot of fun but can't make up our minds...I was thinking of going to Epcot one day and then Island of Adventure the next. Is that a good choice? We have never been there. My brother is heading to Cincinnati for the next 6 months for a job. He will be working in Mason. What kind of area is that? We were going to try and find him a furnished apartment in the Mason area-do these exist? He does not know anyone in Cincinnati either. Where could he go to meet people? With only 4 days to see as much of Las Vegas as possible can anyone offer any advice? We shall be staying at the Venetian which is hopefully centrally located and ideally won't be losing too much time and money in the casinos. Our UK guide book shows enough to occupy weeks not days so what are the best sights, shows, trips etc?

Traveling from Boston to Buffalo.
Whitch is best to get around Albany (least traffic)
staying on Rte 90 or using Rte 87 and rejoining Rte 90,

Please not what any map services say, but from someone who lives or travels this area that actually knows.
