I want to hike the mountain south east of Helen Georgia but I don't know what it is called or how to get there.

The mountain with the rock face just south of Helen is Mount Yonah.

you need to be more specific. there are many mountains!!

start of the AT (appalachian trail)... Springer Mountain

blackrock mountain, glassy mountain, screamer mountain are east of helen in rabun county
blue ridge is north of helen in chatahoochee county
stone mountain is southwest of helen in atlanta
brasstown bald is north of helen
currahee mountain is southeast of helen in stephens county
