Dallas is a great place to live, but why is Houston more popular when it comes to tourist attractions and San Antionio.
What can we do to make it the IT place to be. We don't have many famous people come here either. Other cities have more concerts and shows than we do. I want the city of Dallas to get our town on the REAL map! Anyone else think this? What can we do?
Thanks!

I need to entertain 2 Asian tourists in Seattle. They have 3 days to kill. I know about the Space Needle, but that is about it. They are professionals on a business trip, so anything that you know that would be interesting let me know. Thanks

We have been to Disney World about 20 times. We have always stayed either outside Disney or inside at the All Star resorts or the Carribean Beach once. We liked the All Stars ok, but did not like Caribbean Beach at all. It is too spread out and not kid friendly at all.
Does anyone have any suggestions about where to stay in or out of Disney that is priced reasonably and also kid friendly. We have a three year old. We are just ready for some new scenery other than the All Star resorts. Thanks

I'm unclear on this borough thing... are they considered their own cities or all part of NYC? If you lived in one of them, is that what you would put on your address?

My gf is in Boston for the next couple months, and I'm going to be there in a few weeks to visit. I'm wondering how far the drive is from Boston to Cape Cod, in case I were to decide to get my hotel out of Boston. It seems like it'd be cool to get her out of the city for a day, and I'm wondering how Cape Cod works as a weekend getaway for two.

Thoughts? I also need to know about any relevant traffic and/or tolls. Thanks a bunch.

I'm thinking of taking a job in Gaithersburg, Md and am looking into the cost of living in the area. What's the average cost of a 2 bedroom apartment within decent commuting distance and the names of some good towns to live in. Needs to be somewhere relatively safe since the job involves a lot of travel. I 'd like to find somewhere with decent odds of my TV still being there I returned home each time.

As money will be a little tight for a year or two we are considering buying a property in Waianae. Do you think my english children will be ok living in this area?

Hello, I am a very lazy person and I can't be bothered using Google this afternoon.
Can anyone tell me whether any American states have ever CHANGED their nick names? And under what circumstances? For instance California is the Sunshine State, texas is the Lone Star state and even backward Louisiana is referred to as the 'Pelican State". But have any of these states ever changed their nicknames from what they were previously?

The choices are Orlando or Kissimmee? Some people suggested that Kissimmee station was better but I am not sure why? Any opinons would be helpful. They are the same price (I am traveling from New England area), The only difference is the time of arrival which is only 1/2 hour difference. Any suggestions?
